Daniel Stenger is a Principal of Townsend Group and currently Mr. Stenger’s responsibilities include preparing analyses on client portfolios and individual investments. This includes strategic and investment planning, writing performance summaries and reports, working with fee models and contracts, and consolidating data collection and analysis for client’s request for proposals. Mr. Stenger is a member of the Development Team whose primary responsibilities have been to develop Townsend’s internal reporting systems, data collection interfaces and firm wide best practices for a number of issues.
Prior to joining The Townsend Group in 2002, Mr. Stenger worked as an income tax preparer and financial planner, providing estate planning, insurance planning, tax planning, and retirement planning for clients. Mr. Stenger is currently a member of The National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
Mr. Stenger received a BS in Finance from Miami University.
