Kevin Rivchun joined The Townsend Group in 2008 and is a Vice President of the firm. Mr. Rivchun maintains primary responsibility for the firm’s real assets investment research, due diligence and underwriting, with a focus on global agriculture and timberland investments and strategies. Mr. Rivchun participates in strategic planning, portfolio analysis, benchmarking, investment planning, manager due diligence, performance measurement and client relations. Investment programs include a range of investment structures including separate accounts, commingled funds, co-investments and direct investments. Mr. Rivchun has also served as a consultant to a number of the firm’s institutional clients, advising on portfolio construction for multi-asset class portfolios and providing general portfolio oversight functions.
Prior to joining The Townsend Group, Mr. Rivchun was a Banking Officer at National City Bank. Mr. Rivchun was responsible for the management of a $500 million commercial real estate senior debt portfolio.
In March 2004, Mr. Rivchun obtained his BSBA in Finance and Real Estate, Cum Laude, from The Ohio State University.
